Job Summary
Position Title: Resource Nurse (RN)
Address: 36 Clinton Street Concord NH 03301
Shift hours: 10:45pm -7:15am
Resource Nurse: 58-hour shifts 40 hours a week.
Every other weekend Friday 11pm-7am and Saturday 11pm-7am.
Resource RNs must be qualified to perform duties that include but are not limited to the following:
- All duties listed in RN and LPN Position Requirements section below.
- Oversee the units and serve as a resource to nursing staff in maintaining a safe therapeutic and caring environment on the units and throughout the hospital.
- Act as role models for the delivery of safe and therapeutic nursing care.
- Identify and communicate clinical and administrative concerns to Executive Nursing Leadership and/or the Executive on Call.
- Initiate the NHH Emergency Preparedness Plan and Patient Care Services Continuity of Operations Plans when needed in emergency situations.
- Monitor staffs adherence to the Policies and Standards Hospital.
- Monitor staffing throughout the hospital.
- Demonstrate positive leadership.
