Job Summary

Requirements:
  • 4 or more years of experience in implementing and administering HRIS platforms specifically Workday.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM administration and large-scale system migration strategies.
  • Experience with complex data conversions data validation and integration troubleshooting.
  • Experience in Benefits Administration Compensation and Talent Management modules.
  • Experience with SQL advanced Excel and similar tools for deep data analysis.
  • Experience in public sector technology support and large-scale employee environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Resolve data conversion and integration issues to ensure accurate Workday population.
  • Serve as the technical liaison between business units and engineering teams.
  • Lead business analysis for HR system integrations and benefits administration.
  • Document root causes of data errors and implement permanent technical solutions.
  • Provide tier-two user support and maintenance for system enhancements.
  • Manage requirements traceability testing cycles and user training documentation.
  • Optimize large-scale Workday environments for Core HR and related functions.
