Job Summary
We are seeking Senior Software Engineers to support the PSG Project. The typical candidate will have around 4-7 years experience working in enterprise software system in a cross-collaborative environment. The candidate is expected to work independently given a set of requirements collaborating with stakeholders as necessary. The candidate needs to be a team player and should be willing to take up responsibilities as necessitated by project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Communication
- Clearly articulate engineering point of view in team calls
- Analysis
- Work independently given a set of technical requirements.
- Execution
- Convert technical requirements to working deliverables
- Ensure high quality deliverables with clear focus on design alignment code code reviews
- Ensure proper reporting of work status
- Support rest of the team members as necessary
- Hypercare & Post Go-Live Management
- Support post-go-live stabilization during the hypercare period.
- Triage incidents track resolution and report on hypercare performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Full-stack engineer with 4-7 yrs of solid hands-on experience in enterprise platforms with excellent communication skills.
- Technically hands-on in UI frameworks like Angular React with hands-on experience in HTML CSS
- Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow Platform including Scripting integrations ACLs Flow designer Scheduled jobs or equivalent
- Solid implementation experience in cross-system integrations using REST Graph QL or related technologies.
- Able to work on technical requirements with minimal support
- Engage with stakeholders including product managers for clarifications on requirements stories.
