Job Summary

PMP Trainer GCC Hyderabad

Contract position

Project context:

Seeking a highly experienced and proven PMP Trainer to deliver structured high-impact PMP training programs to diverse groups across multiple business functions. The objective is to enhance project management capability across the center and ensure participants successfully achieve their PMP certification.

The ideal PMP trainer must meet the following requirements:

Mandatory Requirements

Active PMP certification in good standing.
Minimum 8-10 years of full-time experience delivering PMP training including experience training diverse and cross-functional cohorts.
Demonstrated track record of high participant success rates (e.g. 90% PMP exam pass rate or similar).
Experience training employees within GCCs IT/ITES organizations or multinational enterprise environments (preferred).
Strong facilitation skills with ability to adapt delivery to varied learning styles and experience levels.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to Agile Scrum SAFe or other modern project delivery frameworks.
Experience customizing training content for India-based delivery centers.
Prior experience delivering both virtual and classroom-based instructor-led sessions.
