About the Role
This is a high-impact role for a skilled In-house Legal Specialist to directly support the Head of Legal (USA) and German management team within our dynamic market-leading Global Specialty Chemicals Corporation. As our In-house Legal Specialist you will be the vital link coordinating legal efforts across our global enterprise. Whether you bring extensive industry paralegal experience or are a motivated Junior Business Lawyer we value your practical hands-on approach. A formal law study degree is not strictly required; your professional experience and expertise in the legal world are what count.
You will be responsible for a wide range of essential legal operations:
- Coordinate critical legal workflows reviews and internal policy implementation.
- Actively assist in contract lifecycle management from drafting and review to execution.
- Ensure rigorous compliance across corporate and regulatory matters.
- Organize and maintain legal documentation including crucial NDAs.
- Support contract tracing meticulous filing and signature processes.
- Conduct vital legal and factual research on corporate regulatory and compliance topics.
- Serve as the key administrative liaison with internal stakeholders and external counsel on routine legal matters.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized professional ready to take ownership of key legal processes.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business legal studies or a certified paralegal apprenticeship.
- Experience Profile (One of the following):
- Minimum 2 years of highly relevant experience as a Junior Business Lawyer.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years specializing in Contract Law and Corporate Law within an in-house or law firm setting.
- Skills:
- Impeccable attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to expertly manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Very good knowledge of German and English language and grammar is essential for this international role.
