Job Summary:
The Junior Project Manager will support the coordination of privacy-related projects working with multiple teams to ensure the successful and timely development of deliverables. This includes managing issues risks and service change requests as well as maintaining project documentation and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning organizing and executing project activities.
- Maintain project schedules track milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and document minutes.
- Prepare and update project documentation including status reports and RAID logs.
- Ensure proper version control and storage of project artifacts.
- Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders ensuring clear communication.
- Facilitate information flow and escalate issues as needed.
- Support engagement activities including workshops and stakeholder sessions.
- Track deliverables action items and maintain decision logs.
- Act as the central intake point for project communications.
- Maintain integrated project schedules and milestone tracking.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 2-5 years experience project managing electronic health-related projects and/or privacy initiatives.
- Experience with Project Management concepts (project goals risk scope participant roles project and work package planning & scheduling and quality management).
- 2 years of experience with project or program communications both verbal and written and stakeholder engagement.
- 3 years of experience with document management including standards version-control and storage.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Public Sector Experience

- Up to 3 days onsite (subject to Hiring Manager discretion)
