Overview
We are looking for a friendly organized and people-focused Recruiter to help us find and hire great this role you will connect with candidates coordinate interviews and support our hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on various platforms
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process and provide updates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs
- Maintain candidate records and track the hiring pipeline
- Represent the company positively to all applicants
- Help improve our hiring process where needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to build positive relationships
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone email and in person
- Basic knowledge of recruitment activities (training can be provided)
- Prior recruitment or HR experience is a plus but not required
