About the Opportunity
We operate in the healthcare sector with a focus on comprehensive oncology and cancer-care delivery across tertiary and specialty settings. The role sits within a multidisciplinary clinical environment delivering evidence-based systemic therapy procedural oncology services clinical trials and palliative care to adult cancer patients. This is an on-site clinical position based in India.
Role: Medical Oncologist (Onsite India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient and inpatient oncology care: evaluate stage and manage patients across solid tumors and hematologic malignancies delivering guideline-driven treatment plans.
- Prescribe initiate and monitor systemic therapies including chemotherapy targeted agents and immunotherapy; manage acute and chronic toxicities and treatment-related complications.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as bone marrow aspiration and biopsy; coordinate pathology laboratory and imaging workflows for accurate staging and response assessment.
- Lead and participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards liaising with surgery radiation oncology radiology and pathology to define individualized treatment pathways.
- Support and conduct clinical research: screen/enroll patients into clinical trials obtain informed consent maintain trial documentation and adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records contribute to quality improvement initiatives mentor junior clinicians and engage in continuing medical education to drive clinical excellence.
