The Services to be provided to LRC and nbsp;and and nbsp;OMAFA and nbsp;will include the following: and nbsp;
- Providing leadership guidance and support services to the project team and business and nbsp;subject matter experts related to the creation and management of all project-related and nbsp;models/artefacts/diagrams and nbsp;documentation and nbsp;and plans; as well as facilitation of project and nbsp;tasks; and nbsp;
- Being responsible for and nbsp;the update/development and validation of all and nbsp;required and nbsp; and nbsp;high level information architecture models/artefacts documents and and nbsp;materials according to LRC Enterprise and nbsp;Architecture and nbsp;teams guidance industry best practices GO-ITS standards and nbsp;and OPS guidelines using the and nbsp;appropriate and nbsp;version; and nbsp;
- Leveraging existing Ministrys business and information architecture models/artefacts if and nbsp;available including project architectures and the and nbsp;OMAFAs and nbsp;existing architecture as well as any other and nbsp;relevant Ministry materials to be aligned and integrated with to develop/update the and nbsp;information architecture models/artefacts. and nbsp;
- Leverage and nbsp;OPS/cluster/ministry tools and model and nbsp;repository if available and and nbsp;appropriate and nbsp;e.g. and nbsp;PowerDesigner Rational System and nbsp;Architect and nbsp; and nbsp;as and nbsp;directed; and nbsp;
- Arrange and and nbsp;facilitate and nbsp;validation and nbsp;sessions; and nbsp;
- Develop/revise business requirements artefacts and nbsp;according to LRC cluster EA teams and nbsp;guidance; and nbsp;
- Participate in review and information sharing meetings as and nbsp;required; and nbsp;
- Support Agile Enterprise Architecture delivery during the project if and nbsp;required. and nbsp;
- Participate in physical co-location with other architecture team members and if and nbsp;required and nbsp;
- Arrange and and nbsp;facilitate and nbsp;Enterprise Architecture (EA) and nbsp;meetings; and nbsp;
- Support the process of and nbsp;acquiring and nbsp;project cluster and corporate approvals and nbsp;if or as and nbsp;required; and nbsp;
- Provide status updates to both the project team and EA and nbsp;unit; and nbsp;
- Provide transfer of knowledge and project deliverables to both the project team and the EA unit on an on-going and nbsp;basis; and nbsp;
