Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
- NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned) or higher in Banking Finance or related field
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of front line experience in serving customers to meet sales and service objectives
- Demonstrated expertise in Client Coverage and Personal Banking
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
- In-depth knowledge of other departments and their functions within a branch
- Experience in risk management and compliance within the banking sector

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
