A client based in KZN is seeking a change Manager to join and bring change to their Supply Chain Management team for a period of 12 Months.
Key responsibilities:
- Change Management Framework Development Design a structured year-long roadmap aligned to strategic priorities and recommendations of a previous change management intervention.
- Employees have given feedback on how to overcome challenges in the prior intervention conducted.
- Bi-monthly team interventions The entity has ten (10) business units and the successful service provider will be required to conduct facilitated sessions focusing on teamwork communication and values reinforcement. Leadership Coaching Deliver targeted support to leaders and managers to sustain change at all levels.
- Progress Monitoring and Reporting Provide monthly progress reports to HR and EXCO with metrics on engagement team cohesion and culture integration.
- Final Review and Impact Assessment Present a closing report to HR and EXCO outlining achievements challenges and sustainability recommendations.
Deliverables
- Inception report and implementation plan (within one month of appointment).
- Engagement workshops and debriefs.
- Updated diagnostic and progress dashboards.
- Leadership coaching feedback summaries to support the change process.
- Final comprehensive report with impact assessment and recommendations to HR and EXCO.
Requirements
An Honours degree or Masters degree in Organisational Development Industrial/Organisational Psychology Human Resources Management or Business Management.
Experience :
At least 710 years professional experience leading organisational change and transformation projects.
