Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on AI Manager with strong AWS and Generative AI expertise to join our investment and financial services team. This role is ideal for a highly autonomous professional who can not only design solutions but also lead their technical implementation ensuring robust and scalable AI-driven systems tailored for financial services use cases.
What is this position about
Lead the end-to-end hands-on delivery of AI GenAI and agentic solutions for financial applications.
Design build and deploy agent workflows that solve real business problems supported by scalable and secure AWS architectures.
Partner directly with the business: understand needs ask the right questions and translate requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Bring strong business acumen and communication skills to guide client conversations set expectations and propose high-value agent-based solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution applying best practices in testing monitoring and reliability.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and continuously improve agentic systems by evaluating new tools and patterns.
Qualifications :
- Studies in Computer Science Software Engineering Data Science or a related technical field.
Hands-on AWS experience including real implementation of cloud architectures and services.
Strong background in Generative AI and agentic system design with practical experience building and deploying agent workflows.
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of technical delivery.
Excellent problem-solving skills in fast-paced dynamic environments.
Strong teamwork and communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work directly with business stakeholders understand needs ask the right questions and provide honest guidance on feasibility.
Nice to haves
Financial services industry experience especially investment or banking systems.
Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements in finance.
What about languages
You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.
How much experience must I have
To thrive in this role you should have 4 years of experience in cloud/AI technical roles or similar.
