Job Summary
Provide support to the Executive Director of Facilities and the Director of Physical Plant by: inspecting repairs installing making modifications and maintaining plumbing fixtures in heating water and drainage systems. Identifies electrical plumbing and safety problems applicable to the installation and take necessary corrective action.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Any combination of education training or experience that provides the required skills and abilities. Must have a High School Diploma GED or equivalent. - Experience: Five (5) years plumbing experience. - Computer experience: Internet spreadsheet and plumbing controls.
