Were Hiring: Experienced Technical Manager (Food Industry)
Are you passionate about quality food safety and continuous improvement
Were looking for an Experienced Technical Manager to join our team at a leading BRC AA-accredited red meat processing site in Glasgow.
Youll play a key role in maintaining top-tier standards leading audits and ensuring our products meet the highest levels of safety and quality from farm to customer.
What Youll Be Doing
Overseeing HACCP plans Quality Manual & Animal Welfare SOPs
Leading BRC FSS and customer audits
Ensuring compliance with food safety standards and legislation
Driving continuous improvement across production and quality systems
Managing KPIs internal audits and technical documentation
Liaising with external authorities and customers
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in a Technical Management role within food (ideally red meat)
A science-based degree or equivalent technical background
Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
A proactive hands-on approach with a focus on results and solutions
Location: Glasgow
Hours: Full-time permanent
