The HBO Max Creative Services Social Team is looking for a Social Content Producer for HBO Max in SEA to create stellar content for our HBO Max social ecosystem.

In this role you will ideate produce and edit platformnative content in collaboration with the HBO Max Social team to create that TikTok and Instagram magic. The role will involve high-volume content creation think edits trends memes talentdriven content (red carpet press interviews exclusive shoots) and fastturn reactive pieces crafted to entertain making our shows and our stars unmissable.

What Youll Do

• Create socialfirst content endtoend: concept edit invideo captions copywriting and finishing.

• Track trends and move fast: translate evolving styles formats and memes into content that fits the brand and title keeping conversations buzzing.

• Ideate with Southeast Asia nuance: craft socialfirst concepts that reflect HBO Maxs brand personality and tone of voice across Southeast Asian markets.

• Be fandomfluent: spot angles across global entertainment and pop culture trends including cast moments character beats and Easter eggs.

• Collaborate crossfunctionally: work with Social Marketing and agency partners to deliver creative on-brand content.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years producing social content for entertainment streaming or media companies or in a social agency with hands-on creative experience or within brand-side in-house creative teams.

• Portfolio/reel of platformnative TikTok and Instagram work demonstrating strong firstsecond hooks (12s) sharp edits and inventive storytelling.

• Editing proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro; basic motion graphics (After Effects); and sound design.

• Be platformnative on TikTok and Instagram: knowledge of best practices in platformnative storytelling trend formats and audience engagement.

• Trend literacy: able to explain why a format works and how to make it oursethically and legally.

• Deep interest in entertainment: From Hollywood to Hallyu you have a passion for content and knowledge of the fandom that comes with it.

• Ways of working: datacurious and iterative; organized; able to multitask; calm under pressure; a clear communicator and collaborator.

Nice to Have

• Language skills: fluency in English and Thai (or one other SEA language); bonus for knowledge in Korean.

• Marketspecific experience: creating social content tailored for markets such as Thailand the Philippines Singapore and Malaysia.

• Light production capability: social shoot briefs mobile rigs/mics/lighting and onsite capture (press days junkets fan events).

• Ability to shoot social video: using mobile devices and compact cameras (e.g. mirrorless or DSLR).

• CapCut proficiency: editing for social platformspecific formats and quick turnarounds.

• YouTube best practices: knowledge across longform and Shorts
