Work Schedule:
This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is a hybrid position with on-site training and one day per month in the office.

We are seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to:
- Provide assistance and support as needed with patients families and staff that are in contact with the Patient Relations department.
- Investigate patient complaints and grievances in ambulatory and inpatient settings to improve the patient and family experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Nursing Social Work or other health care related field Required
- Masters Degree in Business Administration Nursing Social Work or other health care related field Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years of patient contact health care related experience Required
- 4 years of patient contact health care related experience Preferred
- 2 years of experience working in conflict resolution/investigation Preferred
