Job Summary
Position: Zoho Developer
- Develop and customize solutions in Zoho CRM Creator Analytics Desk Projects.
- Write Deluge scripts for automations workflows and custom functions.
- Build and maintain API integrations with third-party apps.
- Configure modules layouts workflows reports and dashboards across Zoho apps.
- Support existing client implementations with troubleshooting & enhancements.
- Collaborate with consultants on requirement gathering and solution design.
- Maintain documentation of customizations scripts and client solutions.
Requirements
- 14 years hands-on experience as a Zoho Developer.
- Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting (functions schedules custom widgets).
- Experience with Zoho CRM & Zoho Creator (must-have).
- Familiar with Zoho Analytics (dashboards data prep reports).
- API integration experience using REST APIs JSON webhooks.
- Exposure to Zoho Desk Zoho Projects configurations.
- Knowledge of Zoho People/Payroll is a plus but not mandatory.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to handle client support queries and provide timely solutions.
