Requirements
MUST have previous experience as VP Director Country Manager or equivalent senior leadership role within a regulated Forex company.
MUST speak Hebrew and Spanish fluently.
Proven track record managing large FX operations (100 employees preferred).
Strong leadership experience across Conversion Retention Operations HR and Compliance.
Excellent understanding of the FX sales cycle and LATAM market behaviour.
Strong commercial strategic and analytical thinking.
Experience leading senior managers and cross-departmental teams.
Ability to relocate to Mexico (full relocation package available).
Strong communication organisational and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of global regulatory environments and adherence to compliance procedures.
