Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at our DPC practice youll bring your clinical expertise to a patient-centered fast-paced environment where meaningful relationships come first. Youll work alongside physicians nurses and support staff to deliver comprehensive compassionate care across all stages of life.
What Youll Do
Own patient care: Examine patients gather health histories and evaluate physical conditions to make informed diagnoses and treatment decisions.
Collaborate with physicians: Prescribe therapy or medications under physician oversight and coordinate care to deliver comprehensive treatment plans.
Lead diagnostic efforts: Administer and interpret diagnostic tests (labs x-rays EKGs) to uncover the root cause of health concerns.
Provide holistic care: Counsel patients on growth development family planning preventative care and overall wellness.
Perform procedures: Deliver essential procedures such as injections suturing wound care and immunizations all aimed at helping patients thrive.
Supervise and coordinate: Guide medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure seamless high-quality care delivery.
Bilingual Communication: Serve as an essential point of contact for our diverse patient base by communicating fluently in both English and Spanish.

Requirements
What Youll Bring
25 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics (required).
MI FNP licensure (required).
Professional working proficiency and fluency in Spanish (required).
Masters Degree in Nursing or related field.
Strong clinical judgment commitment to patient-centered care and a growth mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping patient outcomes top of mind.
