Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic production this entry-level position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process by providing essential support to various departments. As a Production Assistant youll work closely with producers directors and crew members to facilitate daily tasks and maintain an efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production activities and tasks as assigned by the production team.
- Help with set-up breakdown and organization of production equipment and props.
- Manage production schedules and assist in coordinating logistics for shoots.
- Support in maintaining safety protocols on set and ensuring a clean working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to problem-solving during production.
- Run errands and provide support to cast and crew during shoots as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Film Media Communications or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of production processes and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as production schedules require.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
