Nurse Technician
PRN Varied 12 hr. shifts

What you will do:
Perform basic patient care tasks including hygiene grooming and mobility support.
Provide general nursing care such as patient positioning lifting turning and use of assistive equipment.
Assist with toileting using bedpans urinals commodes or ambulation.
Take and document vital signs including temperature pulse respiration weight height and blood pressure as well as intake and output measurements.
Assist in patient admission transfer and discharge including handling personal belongings.
Maintain a clean and comfortable patient environment.
Respond promptly to patient call lights telephone and paging systems.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Effective communication and teamwork skills required.
Ability to prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced care setting.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skills and/or abilities required.
Minimum six months of experience in an acute or long-term care facility preferred.
Certifications:CPR/BCLS certification required.
