- Overseeing and optimizing all aspects of store operations to enhance efficiency customer satisfaction and overall business performance
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and customer service
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Foster strong collaborative working relationships with key cross-functional partners at corporate and in the field

Requirements:
- Degree in Business or Marketing with 10 years of significant experience in Sales and Retail Operations Management of which at least 5 years in a Senior Manager position
- Strong drive with sound business/commercial acumen skills
- Exemplary planning and execution skills: establish plans manage and improve process drive team execution
- Superior analytical skills proficient with numbers and interpretation
- Good business development and negotiation skills
