The Distribution Logistics Manager will support all NDIV regions with logistical analysis as it relates to overall distribution. The position will report directly to the Division VP of Operations. The position is responsible for creation of efficiency and fleet sizing studies utilizing tools such as Paragon. The Distribution Logistics Manager creates and assists the regions in implementation of all studies towards desired results post updates and statistics.

Creates all distribution logistics studies for the Division Regions.

Provides training as needed and works with the regions to implement logistical strategies.

Produces all statistical reporting on all studies to the regions

Continues personal development and education to remain informed of current industry development and technologies (TRIPS)

Perform other duties as assigned

Are you a MATCH

• Bachelors degree in business logistics engineering or related lieu of degree consideration for up to 3 years of additional related experience may be accepted. High school diploma or GED required.

Required Length & Type of Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in an operations management position in an industrial distribution environment.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Must have 3 years of operational excellence/management experience.

• Experience tracking and monitoring key performance indicators.

• Experience developing and managing projects.

• Experience in running and implementing distribution logistics studies to completion.

• Must have excellent collaborative skills.

• Demonstrated ability to promote a Continuous Improvement Culture.

• Knowledge of MS Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
