What is our opportunity

As a Youth Mentor you will proactively engage with job seekers guiding them towards sustainable employment. Your role will involve:

• Motivating coaching and identifying transferable skills to help individuals thrive in the job market.
• Ensuring participants have the tools and resources to succeed.
• Connecting employers with our participants

Who are you

We are looking for you to bring a commitment to making a difference through connecting and supporting our youth participants into sustainable employment. We are looking for:

• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in coaching mentoring and case management in Employment Services will be highly advantageous
• Attention to detail and skills with administration systems
• Demonstrated experience in customer service sales contact centre or recruitment will set you up for success
• Proven success within target driven environments is highly advantageous

You must be able to balance empathy dignity and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure we achieve positive business outcomes.
