The Opportunity

We have a fantastic opportunity for Sr. Renewal Sales Specialist to join our Digital Media business based in Noida.

We are currently recruiting an ambitious and customer-focused professional to join DME India renewals team. This role is dedicated to managing and growing relationships with existing VIP customers in India. The preferred candidate will collaborate with Sales Channels Solution Consultants and Operations team in the realm of digital media. You will carry a team quota and individual objectives and will be encouraged to drive customer engagement face to face where necessary.

What Youll Do

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets
  • Ensure we meet expectations in terms of Growth on Renewals and upsell/cross-sell
  • Plan and prioritize activities which includes but are not limited to; pro-active prospecting on accounts renewing in the year post sales engagement targeted campaigns for driving add-on/expansion.
  • Conduct customer and partner meetings (virtual or in-person) to deepen relationships and uncover new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Channels team to support and close opportunities
  • Represent Adobe in all customer-facing activities acting as a trusted advisor
  • Monitor market and competitor activities and share relevant insights
  • Always act with integrity and professionalism

What Youneed tosucceed

  • 7 years of relevant experience in B2B sales ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Understanding of the end-to-end value-based sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build long-term relationships
  • Highly motivated professional and goal-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in identifying growth opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • High level of ethics integrity and team spirit
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and contribute to innovation
