Description

The Foundation Specialist 2 manages projects including fundraising events and campaigns for St. Francis Health Foundation. This role is focused on donor acquisition and retention through multi-channel campaigns signature events and special initiatives.



Responsibilities

Administrative and Community Relations

  • Assists the Director in the implementation of all St. Francis Health Foundation fundraising campaigns and events.
  • Develops positive relationships with Foundation partners vendors volunteers and employees. Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Assists Director in establishing and adhering to Foundation fundraising campaign events and general event budgets works with confidential donor information.
  • Design and implement annual giving strategies across direct mail email digital and peer-to-peer campaigns.
  • Lead planning and execution of the Foundations annual raffle including compliance vendor management marketing budget oversight staff/volunteer coordination and sponsor engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent storytelling branding and audience engagement across giving initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to donor retention acquisition and revenue growth.


Event and Donor Management

  • Oversee planning logistics budgeting and execution of signature fundraising events and special campaigns.
  • Lead event committees coordinate volunteers and cultivate strong sponsor and supporter relationships.
  • Develop communications and promotion plans for events in partnership with marketing staff and/or vendor including digital print and social media strategies.
  • Evaluate current events enhance their effectiveness and recommend new opportunities for engagement and revenue growth.
  • Maintain event timelines vendor lists checklists and relevant project documentation.
  • Support donor recognition and stewardship for annual giving and event supporters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify prospects for mid-level and major giving through events and campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate donor and event records are maintained in Raisers Edge NXT.
  • Assist with volunteer engagement opportunities and hospital tours to strengthen community connections.

Collaboration & Professionalism

  • Represents St. Francis Health Foundation in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Maintains strong relationships with existing St. Francis Health Foundation partners and assists the Director in recruiting new partners with the goal of increasing fundraising on an annual basis.


Qualifications
  • 3 years related experience (event planning marketing)
  • Bachelors Degree
