The Role
As a Junior Actuarial Consultant at WTW youll collaborate with both local and international colleagues on a wide range of projects involving employee benefit plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing actuarial valuations for corporate reporting (USGAAP IFS) and statutory pension fund reporting;
Managing and reporting on pension funds ensuring full compliance:
Supporting plan design through actuarial modeling implementation and employee communication strategies;
Conducting benefit audits and benchmarking studies;
Engaging in asset/liability modeling:
Leading employee communication initiatives:
Contributing to M&A studies from a benefits perspective.

Responsibilities.
Qualifications- Qualifications
- A degree in Actuarial Science Mathematics Economics or similar. Other qualifications may be considered based on experience.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits whether in consuiting insurance broking or finance is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. German is a great plus.
- Proficiency in IT tools in particular MS Office such as Excel.
- Strong communicator detail oriented numerical and flexible.
- You thrive in collaborative team environments and enjoy working with others to achieve our goals.
