Description

Oracle Global Services Center (GSC) is a fast-growing cloud consulting team passionate about our helping our customers rapid adoption of Oracle Cloud Solutions. Our flexible and innovative Optimum Shore approach helps our clients implement maintain and integrate their Oracle Cloud Applications and Technology environments while reducing the overall total cost of ownership. We assemble an efficient team for each client by blending resources from onshore nearshore and offshore global delivery centers to match the right expertise to the right solution at the right cost. To support our rapid growth we are seeking versatile consultants who bring a passion for providing excellent client experience enabling client success by developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy design and implementation of AI/ML and automation solutions aligned with enterprise and customer objectives.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to translate AI opportunities into actionable outcomes.
  • Drive AI adoption and evangelism across internal teams Oracle partners and customer ecosystems.
  • Build proofs of concept develop reusable solution components and guide production deployment of AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with data scientists architects and engineers to ensure scalable secure and ethical AI deployments.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and identify opportunities for innovation efficiency and differentiation.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums customer briefings and thought leadership sessions.

Experience Level

  • Minimum 10 years overall experience including at least 2 years in AI/ML.
  • Exceptional candidates with less experience but strong aptitude and innovation potential may also be considered.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Proven expertise in AI/ML solution design automation and data-driven innovation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML cloud platforms: OpenAI Azure AI AWS AI/ML or Google Cloud AI.
  • Proficiency in Python or Java with experience in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
  • Deep understanding of CX transformation or Enterprise Architecture principles.
  • Strong storytelling presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical execution.
  • Excellent networking and collaboration abilities with the confidence to engage clients partners and AI communities.

Very strong lead who can Provide People/Functional/Technical Leadership

Provide Solution for customizations/integration

Customers and peers interactions across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution

Gather functional/technical requirements

Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption

Guide junior team-member in delivery of their customizations and ensure the solution approach is as per the standard methodologies

Follow the project through to the successful adoption of the solution

Form and test hypotheses based on a methodical examination of detailed evidence

Design and implement robust systems and processes running an efficient and organized operation

Undertakes complex analysis and traces performance implications through complex data or in dealing with complex situations

Formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the interrelationships and interaction between elements

Arrive at coherent conclusions through a consistent application of reason and rigorous analysis

Deliver to clear outcome-based targets and measures

Work with a good sense of urgency towards getting the job done

Picking new areas/product feature/technologies evolving in Oracle Cloud

Detailed Required Skills:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in engineering or masters in computer application

10 years of work IT experience including at least 2 years in AI/ML.

At least 2 of the following products Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua Responsys) Oracle Engagement Cloud Oracle B2C Service Cloud OFSC OPA Oracle Subscription Management Cloud/Service Logistics Cloud Oracle CPQ Cloud Digital Customer Service Oracle Commerce Cloud Oracle Integration Cloud Oracle SOA.

Knowledge of EBS or Siebel or Fusion ERP/HCM an added advantage

Strong knowledge in at least 2 industries preferred

Strong pre-sales knowledge.

Should be able to liase with the different groups (support development and so on)

Excellent Client handling skills

Experience and expertise in driving requirements gathering conducting workshop user documentation

Other Skills:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible small project team environment
  • Ability to travel and if required be stationed in a particular geography
  • Understanding of remote delivery process
  • Should be a teammate and must have good interpersonal skills.
