Im partnering with a brilliant chilled food manufacturer who are seeking an NPD Manager to own and drive the innovation pipeline for a successful fast-growing business.

Mon-Fri 7-4pm

What Youll Do

Build and manage the NPD and EPD (existing product development) pipeline.
Research market trends and competitor launches to guide creative concepts.
Develop and cost recipes oversee nutritional calculations and coordinate packaging and artwork approvals.
Maintain supplier relationships ensuring ingredient quality safety and compliance.
Manage product launches from trial to production including critical-path timelines and pre-launch meetings.
