GeneralManager - Live In - January Start - Up to 40K plus bonus - Live-In

Were looking for a General Manager for the Spring Grove - a gorgeous community pub in Kingston. This pub is a real hub for the community and its neighbours - whether thats having a Whisky in a wing-back chair in the Lounge having a pint of ale at the bar having one of its legendary Sunday Roasts in the pub or sipping on a cocktail in its generously-sized beer Garden. Aside from all of that - the decor and furnishings are absolutely stunning. This pub couldnt scream Modern Community Pub with nods to tradition any louder! The ideal candidate is a people focused operator who is great at building relationships and ensuring high standards in this much loved neighbourhood institution.

Running a Pub for Youngs:

We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual andso we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stampon our businesses. Were all about freedom within a framework - you decide whatgoes on the food menu - and that doesnt mean picking from a bank of recipes!You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with yourbusiness vision! You decide what events and sales driving to do what theteam uniform is and look after all your own recruitment and you are a people-focused Pub General Manager with fresh food experiencethen we want to hear from you.
