Lead Operational Excellence Coordinator

We have an opportunity for a Lead Operational Excellence Coordinator to join our team at Honeywell in Feltham where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our R&O site. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be essential in providing administrative assistance to various teams and facilitating effective communication and performance within the organization.

In this role you will impact the overall efficiency of the site by sustaining and improving administrative processes supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment.

This role is 100% onsite at our Feltham office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and PC based support to various teams at the R&O site.
  • Assist in the preparation of and produce reports presentations and data/metric outputs to support as required.
  • Maintain and improve digital site communications process using site and organisational inputs as well as covering relevant updates.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support Opex or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Self-motivated and can work with little direct supervision and possess ability to take intelligent risks. Effective written and verbal communication skills with other departments across the company
  • Proactive attitude capability to work under pressure and completion of tasks in a timely manner
