Were seeking a PRN COTA to support OT services at a vibrant senior-living community in the Auburn area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships collaborating with a supportive team and being part of meaningful patient progress.
Responsibilities
What Youll Do:
Youll partner closely with a passionate Occupational Therapist to bring treatment plans to lifeusing creativity encouragement and evidence-based techniques to help older adults regain confidence in their daily routines. From mobility training to functional ADLs youll make a direct lasting impact on the people you serve.
Youll also:
Support residents through individualized purposeful interventions
Complete documentation and maintain productivity expectations
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that genuinely values your voice
Bring joy and confidence to every interaction
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Graduate of an accredited COTA program
Active Indiana COTA license
Flexibility to support PRN and occasional weekend needs
Prior LTC rehab or acute experience is helpfulbut not required!
