Job Summary
This position will work for the Facilities and Physical Plant Department. The purpose of this job is to support Facilities Operations with specific duties that are performed on a daily weekly monthly and yearly basis. It is the goal of the Facilities Department to keep the University Campus in a clean neat and orderly manner of both interior and exterior spaces. This position will include but not limited to the following duties.
Required Qualifications
1. Education: Any combination of education training or experience that provides the required skills and abilities. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED . 2. Computer experience: Internet spreadsheet. 3. Must have a cell phone for departmental communication purpose (stipend provided). 4. Must have a valid drivers license 5. Must provide and maintain Motor Vehicle Report ( MVR ) that satisfies the requirements of the WesternU Vehicle Use Policy.
