Description

Our new senior product marketing manager guides how our products are understoodvaluedand adopted in the side by side with Product Sales Marketing and Customer Success to shape our ICPs refine our messaging and bring new products to market in a way that drives real revenue outcomes.

This is a hands-onandstrategic position where you connect customer needs with product decisions influence roadmap priorities and make sure every launch lands with impact. If you enjoy balancing insightstorytellingand commercial thinking this roleis for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Product Management and UX Research to runcustomer research win/loss analysis and market assessmentsthat influence product direction and roadmap priorities.
  • Define clearICPs and personasbased on qualitative and quantitativeinsights andalign all revenue teams on who we build for how they buy and what they value.
  • Developpricing and packagingstrategies that support multi-product adoption and improve deal velocity and expansion.
  • Shape crispmessagingpositioningand narrativesthat clearly articulate the value of oursolutionand individual products.
  • Build and executeGo-to-Market strategiesfornew product and featurelaunches including audience definition value propositions launch planning and commercial readiness.
  • Work withRevOpsto modelcommercial impact forecastperformanceandmonitorresults of key launches.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver the materials tools and training reps need totell the story and win more consistently.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Marketing to driveactivationadoptionengagementandexpansionacross our customer base.
  • Trackmeasureand reporton the impact of PMM initiatives. Use insights to refine plans and ensure we meet business goals.


Requirements

    • 4 years of experience inProduct Marketing Product Management or related strategy roles preferably in B2B SaaS orEdTech.
    • Proventrack recordofowning GTM strategies end-to-end: from customer insight to positioning packaging and commercial execution.
    • Strongproject management skills: able to balance multiple priorities keep momentum and align diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability totranslate market insights into strategyand strategy into measurable impact.
    • Experience collaborating closely withProduct Marketing Sales and Customer Successin a true cross-functional setup.
    • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to craft compelling narratives for different audiences from C-suite buyers to end-users.
    • Comfortable balancingstrategic thinking with hands-on execution.
