The Universal Music RecordingsRepertoire Developmentteam is responsible for all of UMRs music output from vinyl box sets to streaming playlists. The team provide creative output relationship management and product development that supports a best in class release schedule and content plan.

Skills & Experience

Strategically project manageend to end process ofa number of high priority artist campaigns from a repertoire and product delivery perspective to include physical digital and AV product
Manageartist and management team relationships pitching and developing product plans and opportunities navigating artist approvals
Oversee multi-artist campaigns from a repertoire perspective for example Record Store Day and National Album Day
Oversee digital repertoire strategies including newly created digital versions of tracks in campaign; copyright protection deliveries; currently unavailable digital repertoire for both strategic opportunities and gapfill requirements as well as streaming plans
Liaison role with on roster marketing team to ensure efficient delivery of any projects generated via the frontline embed roles and conduit for the Head of Repertoire
Support Head Of Repertoire Development withday to day running of Repertoire team
Linemanagementof Repertoire Development Assistant and Coordinator
Provide strategic support to UMR RD consultants on priority campaigns
Work closely with Label Operations Commercial teamsto ensure timely delivery of releases within budget

Person Specification

Previous experience with music product delivering parts for physical digital AV releases
A passion for & broad knowledge of multiple musical genres and audiences; a love of music across the decades is a bonus
A great communicatorwithexperience conveying ideas & plans to internal & external stakeholders
Project management skills
Previous people management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Word PowerPoint and Exceland comfortable learning new systems
Ability to communicate and liaise with all levels and departments within the business
Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and manage workload
Adaptable and able to use initiativewith a proactive energetic approach to work
Very strong attention to detail
Experience managing budgets
