Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain and Quality Manager Standard Parts Hardware(f/m) to join our Procurement Operations - Supply Chain Quality Team based in Toulouse France.

You will be part of a team developing Structural Standard parts supplier around the world. As part of the Hardware Structual Supply Chain Quality Team you will be involved in to monitor and qualify suppliers for Airbus Commercial aiming an on time on quality on cost delivery towards Airbus.

Your challanges:

  • Lead Transfer of Works (TOW) between G5 and G9

  • Lead Industrial Qualification of Standard Parts in appropriate tools (e.g. NSPI)
  • Securing Supplier Approval and Run Supplier Control Review

  • Assess pronounce supplier approvability/approval

  • Verify Compliance to applicable requirements and secure convergence to industrial Maturity target (supplier capability & capacity)

  • Securing Supplier Deliveries to protect Airbus production units

  • Consolidate and analyse the supplier performance picture Managing Manufacturing Non Conformance

  • Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On Time On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance

This role will involve frequent travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Your boarding card:

  • Experience in Supply Chain & Quality or Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering or Customer Support
  • Supply Chain fundamentals: APICS Basics or equivalent
  • Product knowledge: Engineering background is an asset
  • Quality Standards/Methods: o Knowledge of problem solving methods and process improvement skills (SPC MSA etc) o Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (QMS Nadcap EMS...) is an asset
  • Project Management: Experience and expertise on Project management
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication skills facilitation skills experience in multicultural team stakeholders management
  • Language skills: English on negotiationlevel German or French is a plus for this position.
