Automotive Service Shop Dispatcher

As a Service Shop Dispatcher you will coordinate customer service appointments and ensure efficient operation of the service department.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and service advisors regarding job priorities and status updates
- Manage workflow to ensure optimal utilization of service department resources
- Maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions
- Coordinate with parts department and other staff to support service operations
- Assist with used car write-ups andPDIs
- Previous experience in an automotive service or dispatch role preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Clean driving record
