| Job Description: | Inbox Communication Triage and Administrative Support - Check the Title IX inbox throughout the day and triage communications based on urgency and content.
- Respond to general inquiries by phone or email and forward messages to appropriate staff.
- Conduct phone triage by screening calls and directing individuals to the correct office or staff member.
- Provide administrative support to the Title IX Coordinator by receiving email updates and documenting relevant notes in Maxient.
- Conduct outreach to campus departments to schedule meetings or gather needed information.
- Serve as a witness at Title IX staff member request as needed during a difficult or emotional interaction.
Case Support and Documentation - Create Maxient cases under the direction of Title IX staff and upload documents forms and communication records.
- Request and track internal and external reports and ensure proper documentation in Maxient.
- Maintain accurate organization of case files using established office procedures.
- Assist with pulling public records from Maxient for review by the Title IX Coordinator before release.
- Add case notes based on provided information and ensure data is complete and accurate.
Reporting Data and Hearing Coordination - Pull data from Maxient to support routine reporting needs.
- Prepare basic reports or summaries as requested.
- Assist with the coordination of hearings by scheduling Zoom meetings admitting and removing participants and ensuring smooth logistical support.
- Support staff by preparing materials needed for hearings meetings or compliance reviews.

| Preferred: | - Experience working in Title IX compliance student conduct higher education or human resources environment
- Customer service experience in settings involving confidential or sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook Excel and Word
- Experience with data entry data organization and basic report generation
- Familiarity with Maxient or other case management or recordkeeping systems
- Ability to manage detailed documentation with accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Experience coordinating meetings or events including virtual platforms such as Zoom
- Comfort working in environments involving sensitive or sexually-natured content related to misconduct reports
