We are implementing a global IFS Cloud ERP template across all our entities worldwideand were looking for motivated and skilled professionals to join our deployment team in the Procurement and Warehousing domain.
In this role you will be part of a cross-functional international project team responsible for rolling out our global IFS Cloud solution to local sites. You will work closely with local procurement teams to map existing processes adapt them to our global template and ensure compliance with local operational and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly support the successful deployment adoption and stabilization of IFS Cloud in our organization.
This is a hands-on project-based role ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of procurement and warehousing processes and experience working with ERP systems who want to contribute to an exciting global transformation journey.
Key Areas
- Coordinate the global deployment configuration and optimization of ERP solutions for Procurement and Warehousing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ERP configurations.
- Design test and ensure proper interfacing of ERP processes with other business tools.
- Lead data migration training and change management activities to support ERP rollout.
- Provide ongoing support collect user feedback and propose improvements for the ERP system throughout its lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- 5 years experience in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes change management and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with ERP system transformation projects; knowledge of IFS ERP is an advantage.
- Expertise in procurement lifecycle vendor management inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving communication skills and willingness to travel.
