- Prepare and present financial statements to stakeholders ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain organizational financial stability.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity supports operational needs and investments.
- Develop long-term financial strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Lead Finance Operations driving continuous improvement cross-functional initiatives and global harmonization within IKEAs supply chain.
- Directly manage invoice processing agreement validation claim settlements and ensure accurate administration complying with legal frameworks and IKEA financial rules. Ensure adherence to documented process controls and financial closing procedures.
- Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities in forest properties or companies.
- Evaluate selected targets for strategic fit financial health and operational efficiency.
- Develop negotiation strategies and structure deals as a key team member.
- Ensure all necessary regulatory approvals and permits are in place adhering to compliance requirements.
This position will report to Forest Investment Manager and reporting dotted line to IKEA Supply CFO
