Job Summary
- Perform daily maintenance tasks and ensure completion to the highest standards.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational concerns.
- Monitor and manage workshop inventory tools and spare parts; place orders as required.
- Follow assigned task schedules and ensure timely execution of duties.
- Support the department in maintaining guest satisfaction through quick and effective repairs.
- Ensure full compliance with hotel emergency procedures and safety regulations.
- Remain familiar with company standards operational manuals and maintenance policies.
- Participate in new hotel opening projects or assigned task force operations when needed.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications :
