Reports to: Store Manager
Position Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming customers understanding their needs and assisting them in selecting linen décor and home accessories. She ensures excellent customer service proper display of products and maintains a clean and organized shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
- Understand customers needs and recommend suitable linen and décor items.
- Provide product information regarding materials sizes prices and care instructions.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the shop is tidy and well-organized.
- Handle sales transactions issue receipts and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Follow up on stock levels and report shortages to the manager.
- Participate in inventory counts when required.
- Meet monthly sales targets set by management.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and politely.
- Ensure all products are handled with care to avoid damage.
Requirements:
Female candidate.
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (preferably in linen décor or home accessories).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus.
Friendly presentable and team-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Work Conditions:
Full-time position.
Shifts and schedule as determined by management.
