Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate collaborative and positive-minded Porter / Bell & Door Attendant to join our team for the 2026 season.
In this role you will be the first point of contact between the guest and the estate: welcoming guests with courtesy delivering luggage escorting them as needed and providing operational support with attention to detail and in line with Relais & Châteaux standards.
Main Responsibilities
Ensure the first welcome on guest arrival according to Relais & Châteaux standards
Take charge of guests luggage and ensure its prompt delivery to rooms villas or maisonettes
Check entrance areas and common areas keeping them tidy and clean
Escort guests to various locations across the estate facilitating access to the experiences offered
Actively collaborate with the Front Office team to anticipate and meet guest requests
Reporting to: Front Office Manager
Qualifications :
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in the same role in 4* / 5* environments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team-player attitude and service orientation
Precision discretion and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of English (a second foreign language is a plus)
Well-groomed appearance and respect for sustainability values
Own transport / valid driving license (Category B)
Living locally is a plus
EU passport
Verifiable professional references
