Job Summary

For the 2026 season we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Rang who will become a key reference point in ensuring our guests receive impeccable service in line with the highest standards of Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux.

You will coordinate the dining room operations support junior staff training and help craft unforgettable gastronomic experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and promptly accompany them to their tables in the F&B outlets

  • Coordinate supervise and organize the dining service

  • Ensure cleanliness and attention to every service detail

  • Anticipate guests needs to guarantee complete satisfaction

  • Deliver high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux standards

  • Support the training and development of the Commis de Rang

  • Manage the service through to completion creating unforgettable memories for our guests

 

Reports to: Restaurant Manager 


Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position

  • A 5-star mindset with a professional yet friendly approach

  • Strong teamwork attitude

  • Attention to detail

  • Customer-oriented mindset

  • Emotional intelligence: sensitivity to the needs and feelings of guests and colleagues with the ability to manage ones own emotions under pressure

  • Passion for service courtesy and discretion

  • Well-groomed appearance and strong communication skills

  • Good  knowloged of English

  • Respect for nature and appreciation for the values it represents

  • Valid HACCP certification

  • Own vehicle required
