Cleaner

At Toward Road youll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our supported accommodation for homeless males aged 18 and over with complex needs. From communal areas to void rooms your work will directly contribute to a positive dignified environment for both staff and residents.

This isnt just a cleaning job; its a chance to be part of a service that supports vulnerable individuals on their journey toward independence.
Youll be working in a setting that provides intensive support for clients with a range of needs including mental health challenges substance misuse and housing instability.

Reliability and be self-motivated
Comfortable working in a friendly fast-paced team
Respectful and professional when interacting with clients
Able to maintain strong boundaries while contributing to a supportive atmosphere
Some experience of general cleaning duties
