Job Summary
- Recruiting training and supervising bar staff
- Ensuring compliance with licensing hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Creating and implementing bar marketing strategies
- Organizing and promoting special events and parties at the bar
- Overseeing the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
- Resolving customer complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize bar profitability
- Ordering maintaining and controlling bar inventory
- Performing regular stock-takes and inventory checks
- Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with ice glassware spirits and other supplies
- Inspecting the bar area for cleanliness and maintaining strict hygiene standards
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree
- Proven work experience as a Bar Manager or similar role within luxury atomosphere
- Good knowledge of wines beer and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
- Ability to handle difficult customers
- Ability to manage and lead a team
Additional Information :
experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
