Job Summary
Are you looking to start your career in the Food & Beverage industry This Stewarding position will provide you with the start you need to help grow your career while enjoying a work life balance and all the great activities living in Banff brings.
Starting Rate: $19.40 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $23.82.
Note - Preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (May-October 15th)
Job Duties Include:
- Operating industrial dishwashers
- Washing glassware and other items by hand
- Pot and pan ware washing
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment lines
- Responsible for cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
- Recycling and trash removal from all areas
- Ensuring floors and work areas are clean dry clear of hazards and obstructions
- Follow health and safety protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience an asset
- Ability to operate industrial machinery
- Constant lifting pulling pushing bending kneeling and carrying up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours
- Exposure to kitchen equipment sounds fumes chemicals working in hot humid & cold environments
- Passionate and organized about maintaining a clean safe working environment
