Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Assist customers in finding products answering questions and offering recommendations
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
Restock shelves and maintain visual merchandising standards
Keep the sales floor fitting rooms and stock areas clean and organized
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items to management
Stay up to date on product knowledge promotions and store policies
Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company procedures
Support team members and contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals
