• Stepdown/Med-Surg: minimum of 3 years of acute care stepdown or critical care experience
• Oncology Med-Surg: minimum of 3 years of acute care oncology nursing experience
• Telemetry Med/Surg: minimum of 3 years of acute care telemetry or cardiac nursing experience

• BSN masters degree in nursing or health health-related field preferred
• 35 years RN experience in in the assigned nursing practice area.
• 2 years of leadership experience (Charge RN Assistant Manager or Supervisor)
• Proven Clinical and Nursing administrative expertise in the assigned nursing practice area.
• Critical thinking and organizational skills are essential.
• Licensure: Current NYS license as a registered professional nurse
• Child abuse certification is required
