Job Summary

Were seeking an experienced OEM sales candidate to grow market share and strengthen customer relationships across Texas Oklahoma Arkansas and Louisiana.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building new business supporting existing customers and representing a company known for its commitment to exceptional customer service. The position is based in Texas and qualified candidates will have access to a major airport.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development through prospecting networking and lead generation while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Achieve territory revenue and margin goals through consultative value-based selling.
Develop pricing strategies and quotations aligned with market conditions and company objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer challenges and provide technical solutions.
Manage long complex sales cycles with disciplined follow-through and a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of industrial OEM sales experience with proven success in consultative long-cycle sales (6 months).
Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills with solid mechanical and technical aptitude.
Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and close deals efficiently.
Self-motivated competitive and adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50% (daily and overnight).
